By accessing cryptominds.com.hk, downloading our open-source projects, using our products, or entering into commercial agreements with CryptoMinds Lab Limited ("CryptoMinds", "we", "us"), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Scope

These Terms govern your use of our public websites, documentation, and products including YUENIX-FHE (our GPU-accelerated FHE framework) and PulseAgent (our AI agent monitoring application), as well as any associated tooling and services.

2. Services

CryptoMinds develops and distributes encrypted computing tools and AI agent monitoring applications. Product-specific terms, service levels, and licensing are defined in the relevant product documentation or commercial agreements.

3. Acceptable Use

When engaging with our services you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information necessary to scope or deliver the engagement.
  • Comply with applicable export controls, data protection rules, and sector regulations.
  • Protect any access credentials, firmware images, or documentation we provide and report suspected compromise promptly.
  • Use evaluation licences only for internal testing unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Restrictions

You must not:

  • Decompile or reverse engineer proprietary binaries except where permitted by open-source licences.
  • Resell, sublicense, or publicly expose pre-release materials without written consent.
  • Use our services to build competing offerings by misusing confidential information.
  • Introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with our infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

We operate a mixed model of proprietary deliverables and open-source components:

  • Open-source projects are licensed under their respective licences published in the repositories. You must comply with those terms.
  • Custom firmware, design documents, and deliverables created specifically for you remain our property unless a contract assigns rights differently.
  • You grant us a limited licence to use feedback you voluntarily provide to improve our products.

6. Fees and Payment

Professional services and commercial licences are invoiced as agreed in the relevant statement of work. Payments are due within thirty (30) days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest or result in suspension of services.

7. Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Both parties agree to protect such information with at least the same care used to protect their own confidential data and not to disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

We represent that we will perform services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in a contract, all software and documentation are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoMinds is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim within the preceding twelve months.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an agreement for material breach if the breach is not cured within thirty (30) days after written notice. Upon termination, you must cease using proprietary deliverables and delete confidential information unless retention is required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any related disputes are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The courts of Hong Kong SAR shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where another forum is mandated by applicable regulation.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or regulatory requirements. The latest version will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
